If you are attempting to reschedule using this page a second time, your previous appointment will NOT be removed from our calendar, and we will still count on your arrival as previously rescheduled and we will have no way of knowing you have rescheduled again. In this case, your reservation fee/deposit and artwork credit will be forfeited and not refunded.
