Work Order Agreement:
Client authorizes Bokeh Creatives Portrait Studio to start work on this portrait order above. Client understands this is a custom order, so it cannot be changed or canceled for any reason.

All work is 100% guaranteed to meet your full satisfaction. If it does not meet your highest standards of quality, we will do any correction necessary until you are thrilled, or we will offer you a new portrait session plus $1,000 of additional credit at no cost.

Model Release:
Client hereby agrees that Bokeh Creatives Portrait Studio may reproduce, publish, display, and otherwise use photographs & story related information for instructional, print product or marketing purposes.

Framing:
Any artwork being purchased from Bokeh Creatives Portrait Studio without a frame will include no warranty and Client is advised to be diligent when hiring a framer or doing Client’s own framing.

Any artwork being purchased from Bokeh Creatives Portrait Studio with a frame will include a lifetime warranty against defect.

Delivery:
Artwork will be delivered to the address listed above and will be delivered within 14 weeks time, sans delays on any artwork proofing/requests and approval from Client’s end if requested by the studio.
